Welcome to Questions in Audio. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Questions in Audio, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Questions in Audio is a voice-based question and answer platform where users can:

• Record and post audio questions
• Listen to questions from other users
• Respond to questions with audio replies
• Browse content by categories
• Favorite questions and answers

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of your audio content. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service.

5. Prohibited Content

To maintain a safe and respectful community, the following types of content are strictly prohibited:

Hate, Harassment, and Intimidation:

• Content that harasses, bullies, or insults individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Content that promotes violence or calls for harm against any person or group
• Threats, intimidation, or incitement to violence

Sexual and Adult Content:

• Sexually explicit content or content intended for sexual arousal
• Any content involving minors in a sexual context (strictly prohibited)
• Unwanted sexual advances or solicitation

Violence and Dangerous Content:

• Gratuitous violence or depictions of animal cruelty
• Content that facilitates, instructs, or promotes dangerous or illegal acts
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide

Illegal and Regulated Goods:

• Promotion or sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or regulated substances
• Fraudulent services, misleading claims, or counterfeit goods
• Content facilitating illegal activities

Misinformation and Manipulated Media:

• Deliberately misleading or false information, especially in health, finance, or legal matters
• Impersonation of others or misrepresentation of identity
• Manipulated media created with harmful intent

Child Safety:

• Any content that exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors is absolutely prohibited
• Content depicting child abuse or exploitation will be reported to authorities

Intellectual Property and Privacy:

• Use of copyrighted materials without proper authorization
• Sharing private personal information without consent (doxxing)
• Impersonation or identity theft

Spam and Malicious Behavior:

• Repetitive, irrelevant, or low-quality content that degrades user experience
• Phishing attempts, malware distribution, or hacking instructions
• Automated posting or bot activity
• Commercial spam or unsolicited advertising

6. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Certain features, such as posting questions, may require a premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are:

• Purchased through the Apple App Store
• Subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• NOT auto-renewable - subscriptions must be manually renewed when they expire
• Valid for the purchased period only (e.g., one month, one year)
• Non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's refund policy

You will be notified when your subscription is about to expire, but it will not automatically renew. You must purchase a new subscription if you wish to continue accessing premium features.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Collect user data without permission
• Engage in any form of harassment or bullying

8. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or restrict content that violates these terms
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts for violations
• Report illegal activity, including child exploitation, to law enforcement authorities
• Monitor and review content for compliance with community standards
• Take action based on user reports and automated detection systems

Violations of prohibited content policies, especially those involving child safety, hate speech, or illegal activities, may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

The Questions in Audio app, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Security of data transmission
• Compatibility with all devices

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
